13/10/2019 – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister for Middle East and Africa Affairs Michael Bugdanov has discussed with Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Xing Xian Dong political and security developments in Libya. The two officials stressed the need to continue cooperation between Moscow and Beijing to achieve permanent stability in the Middle East and North Africa, said the Russian Foreign Ministry which said the Libyan issue was subject of extended talks between the two officials.
