The corporation’s website on the international information network stated that the study includes reviewing the corporate governance system in the corporation and its companies, the main objective of the study is to highlight the strengths of the National Oil Corporation, identify areas for improving efficiency and effectiveness and propose measures to support the performance of the corporation and its companies, and enhance Supporting international investment in Libya, and aligning the institution with the best international practices of major companies, which enhances opportunities to attract international investment and facilitates cooperation with leading international companies in all areas of the oil industry.
