Mali/Military – German cabinet approves increase in troops for Afghanistan

2018/03/07 – Chancellor Angela Merkel’s cabinet approved plans on Wednesday to expand Germany’s military missions abroad, including in Afghanistan, Mali and Iraq, government sources said.

Mali /Afganistan /Iraq : Germany extends military mission to train Peshmerga

12/12/17 – Lawmakers in Germany on Tuesday extended the country’s military mission against the Islamic State (IS) in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Mali until March 2018.
